Key Responsibilities

- Own state management (React Query + Zustand/Redux) and data-fetching patterns.
- Optimize performance (bundle-splitting, code-splitting, lazy loading, lighthouse ≥90).
- Write unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with backend to define and consume REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Improve CI/CD and developer experience (ESLint, Prettier, Husky, GitHub Actions).
- Monitor and fix bugs using Sentry/LogRocket; contribute to documentation and storybook.
Requirements
- 2–4 years building production React apps; strong JavaScript (ES2022) and TypeScript.
- Solid HTML/CSS (Flex/Grid), responsive design, and cross-browser debugging.
- Experience with Next.js, React Router, and modern build tools (Vite/Webpack).
- Familiarity with accessibility (ARIA, keyboard nav) and performance profiling.
- Testing experience with Jest + React Testing Library; Git proficiency.
- Nice to have: GraphQL (Apollo/URQL), Tailwind CSS, design systems, and basic Node.js.
