Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our Engineering team at CODVO.AI. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust web applications that power our innovative AI-driven solutions. You'll work across the entire technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications that impact our users globally.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop full-stack web applications using Angular for frontend interfaces and Express.js for backend services, ensuring clean code architecture and best practices
- Build responsive user interfaces with HTML5 and CSS3, creating intuitive and accessible experiences across all devices and browsers
- Architect and optimize database solutions, designing efficient schemas and queries to support application performance and scalability
- Implement containerization using Docker to streamline development workflows, ensure consistency across environments, and facilitate seamless deployment
- Manage version control using Git, maintaining code quality through proper branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development practices
- Develop and maintain APIs that integrate frontend and backend systems, ensuring secure, efficient, and well-documented endpoints
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the full stack, implementing solutions that improve system reliability and user experience
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver features that meet business objectives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated expertise in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Angular framework and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 with ability to create responsive, accessible web interfaces
- Hands-on experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks
- Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Proficiency with Docker and containerization concepts
- Strong command of Git version control and collaborative development workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD)
- Understanding of security best practices and OWASP guidelines
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
