Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

Join our AI team to build next-generation machine learning systems. You will design, develop, and deploy ML models that power our intelligent automation platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI problems including NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models for document understanding and extraction
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for intelligent search and Q&A
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics for model performance
• Collaborate with product team to define AI feature requirements
• Stay current with latest AI research and evaluate new techniques
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in ML/AI
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and transformer architectures
• Experience deploying ML models to production at scale
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
• PhD or MS in Computer Science, ML, or related field preferred
